I saw Karoma 5 mins after I dinged 85 yesterday (not played for over 8 months). Thought oh, he must have something more then my Loque (favorit with Ghostcrawler i got today). Headed back to Victor point to hand in quest and on my way back now my npcscanner (really good addon, should got that years ago) goes of telling me that Karoma is near me! And there he was responded like 10 mins after I tamed him first time. Thought this might be like when top level was 60 and you did hunters quest (thous who reamber that pain back then, no macros etc). Went to Hijal and thought I want to try this new Spirit Beast, Ban’thalos. That was a fun challenge, but not so hard, fall kills you alot after pull, and my gear as i just turned 85 is mostly green and 3 blue. Bought thou for honor points I had saved chest piece and shoulder. but if you got 101k hp. You can do it by falling down to alter. Magria I died 4 times before i figured out that you need to be naked. So now I had 3 new pets. Stabled new ones, and went in to Molton Front.
Really looking forward to hard spiders, hunters challenge got all excited. And I tell you, I'm so disappointed! All except Deth’tilac was hard, funny planning pvp with hords while you try to tame just pure enjoyable. And he/she only unique with colouring together with Skitterflame (which was like normal, ice trap twice, scatter shot and tame). Anthriss did not know was a rare when I was hiding from horde in lava. Pulled him in and tamed him there, read afterwords on this great page you need to be there. Solix same colour as thou above cave, way to easy to tame. Kirix, I just dropped a ice trap, deterrence and tame. Immune to traps was a suprice was about to run away and fake death when with 89 hp I got him, still with 101k hp at starting point. Stabled new spiders went in to see if I could find Skarr and Karkin. On way back in to Molton Front my npcscanner went off, and I see thous spiders I tamed have all come back from 10 mins to 2 hours. Now how can a pet be rare if it comes back so fast? Meet a Dwarf hunter who said same thing. He recommend this Webb page for hunters. While we waited Skarr came and he let me tame her. Advising me how to. As the others, way to easy except Deth’tilac. I play on Alliance side on Dragonmaw EU server. And I seen these so called "rare" spawns come more often and everyone can get them. So my question is, do you gentleman and ladies know of a rare pet to get? Like how Loque’nahak, Humar The Pridelord (that re spawned which felt like once a week) or Echeyakee where you needed a horde to lore her out and ninja tame her.
I'm disappointed it is like everyone who don't have skills can tame. And you don't have to wait days to get pet.
What do you guys think?

I've not done much taming of the new Cataclysm beasts because I don't run BM as my off-spec anymore, but there are some I'd like to have and as for being easy? I just have to disagree.
On my server (MG) I've *never* seen Skarr spawn (one of the only ones left I want to tame) nor have I *ever* seen Karoma OR the Spirit Beast wolf in Northrend spawn. I've seen Loque' spawn but was beaten to the punch by another Hunter I didn't notice camping him.
So, easy is in the eye of the beholder. Easy to actually tame, perhaps, but unless you have the time to camp spawns they're not easy to get.

I know what you mean, Dahook. It seems like the epic 'adrenaline-rush' tames are a thing of the past. That could also be because there are sooo many rare pets in the world now that the thrill is not as great.
I've had some fun tames in the Cataclysm era, however.
Jadefang was fun - especially when done solo as a Night Elf.
Terrorpene got my heart pumping.
Sambas was easily the most elusive of the rare spawns - for me anyway. With Madexx a close second.
King Krush is quite rare, plus he still has the unique green skin. KK would still be a fun tame, in my opinion.
Although Spirit Beasts aren't difficult to tame - having the opportunity is still tough. I'll usually look for them if I'm poking around their spawn areas, and it's a rare occurrence when I actually see one.
Anyway...those are a few of my suggestions for possible taming targets.
I'm sure some others will chime in as well.

King Krush! Had forgotten about that one. Just a real pleasure to tame. And no short re spawn time either. Jadefang, getting a top to his cave with out dying was fun. Sambas not seen him yet, will camp for him and Madexx. Two pet's that can be fun to have. Thank you Garwulf! I appreciate this.
Btw, does anyone know if next week they will release season 11 item? I heard that the weapons will be able to get for honor points.

You're very welcome.

Not completely sure on that, as it seems there's usually a gap of one or two weeks before they introduce the new armor and move the previous season's down for honor purchase.
Either way, should be available within at least two weeks from tuesday.

Oh my… Princess Huhuran. I've never seen her before. I think I'm in love. How hard of a tame is she?

Its been a while but the most difficult part was getting by the first boss solo. If memory serves: I think its do-able with a Spirit beast (for the heals) and feigning death to get past the charms that the boss does.
Once by him its smooth sailing and princess was a fairly easy tame by herself.
Shes coooool, and used to be much larger than all other wasps but, sadly, that was fixed a patch ago.

Taken from Wowhead for the Princess tame:
Destrominos on 2010/12/03 (Patch 4.0.3)
Managed to solo tame her and solo all the way up to her..My strategy was Spirit Beast for Prophet Skeram with this spec.
Go up to the top of the platform and Feign Death behind the Pillar in the back right, make sure your pet stays up on the top and just doSpirit Mend when it's off CD, also have Cower on autocast, takes roughy 6 – 7 minutes for your pet to kill Prophet Skeram.. May take a few tries, but you'll get it.

Since the trio is optional you don't have to go to them, that's unless you want to tame one of them. (Lord Kri, Princess Yauj and Vem)
(I did put a detailed guide on how to tame the trio up on their pages too)Once you get to Battleguard Sartura.. Make sure all the trash in the room is clear then proceed to pull him, I personally used my Spirit Beast again for this while I was in Feign Death, cast Spirit Mend when it's off CD and have Cower on autocast, will take you about 5 – 7 minutes for your pet to kill Battleguard Sartura…. May take a few tries but you'll get it.
Now you're at the hallway with all those bugs… Dismiss your pet.
Simply run through the hallway now all the way to the end and to the right past Fankriss the Unyielding.
Once you're in the other hallway which is to the right of Fankriss the Unyielding use your Feign Death.. You might disconnect here but as long as you hit Feign Death before you do you should be fine.
Now call your pet, I recommend using a Turtle(or Beetle) with this spec.. Go to the end of this hallway and clear the room with Princess Huhuran in it, now that this is done, Dismiss your current pet.. Run up to her pop Deterrence and begin Taming.Congratulations on your new pet.
Edit: If you want your raid group to hate you, this pet is for you! And it can be yours for the low price of only 9.95$ + Shipping and Handling. We are not held reliable for you going blind or being kicked from your raid group, you have been warned.
Edit: Added a more detail on how to tame her solo.
Edit: As of 4.1 Princess Huhuran is no longer insanely large after tamed.
