In order of taming:

Anthriss*

Solix*

Deth'tilac

Skitterflame*

Kirix*

*solo tamed, BM spec

My main guide was Briefing on the Rare Pets. (Thanks Gar!). Anthriss was the easiest to tame while Deth’tilac was the most challenging and nerve wracking. A lot of trial-and-error taming was involved with Solix, Skitterflame, and Kirix (I probably died at least 20 times total). Also a first with all these tames: I never used NPCScan at all.

I met a lot hunters both alliance and horde — we were helping each other by exchanging tame strategies and fail/win stories which made the entire hunt more bearable and fun.
