If you want a rare level 9 saber cat, then consider Duskstalker (wowhead link). He used to look like a normal black Nightsaber but has since been reskinned into a *unique* white spotted saber cat (patch 4.0.3)!
He's pretty easy to find too: just fly up from Rutheran Village until you reach the top. Duskstalker shouldn't be hard to find in that area — unless some other hunter has just gone back to get him too. 
If you're horde, you can actually fly from Darkshore — Fatigue shouldn't be able drain you if you're a high enough level and have fast flying.

I'm more interested in this:
If you're horde, you can actually fly from Darkshore — Fatigue shouldn't be able drain you if you're a high enough level and have fast flying.
We run a ton of FTH runs; this should be interesting to test.

Actually the FTH/A quests would be interesting if all have 310% flying

yes, you can run into the cities. Each city now has a gimmick involved with taking down the leader. Each leader now has two consorts just as capable as him that defends him. It's become intensely difficult, but no, you do not have to fly.
