So I am in a very difficult bind… for some reason almost everytime I dismount or call my pet, it pops in and immediately starts licking wounds. The damn thing was at 100% when I mounted/dismissed pet -_-;
This is getting very aggrivating seeing as before every fight I have to ensure my pet is at full health before attacking or else I'll be fighting the mob for the 4 or so seconds while the pet is “healing” itself.
I'm wondering if this is a punishment for taming The Beast, he's the one I first noticed doing it, but sure enough the other pets are experiencing the same thing. It's like it has to load it's health bar everytime it comes out… first it will be around 14k and go up to its max of about 17k. It normally stops at about 42% and it will stay that way until I either heal it or it heals itself.
Not so good for BG's, “Hey horde, how are you guys doin?! Hold on a sec while my pet heals itself even though it wasn't even hurt to begin with seeing as the battle JUST NOW STARTED!”
I'ma sad panda =(

Well my solution would be to get rid of “lick your wounds” cuz when I had that talent on pets I never used it, so I jsut got rid of it. But if you do like or use it, make a button for it to click yourself and don't have it on autocast an see if that helps maybe?
This ^
You don't need Lick Your Wounds for any build. Problem solved. ![]()
Have a look at these two guides for build suggestions:
