My Story: The Search for My Athena-Hunter Pet Discussion-Hunter Forums-HuntsmansLodge.com

Hi guys as some may have known, my previous topic i was one of those hunters who was desperately in search for loque'nahak and didnt had success. i didnt had gathering professions so i was only flying around with the only goal of finding him, i was in search for him for 2 whole months where i even posted a topic about some extra tips or hints, after that topic i keep on searching for a weeks but then i gave up.

I gave all hope up and switched my spec to mm since i thought i wont look for him anymore, but after a good few weeks or days i was fed up by mm and i saw again some other hunters with the spirit beast, till yesterday night then i decided to switch my spec to bm again and keep on searching for him occasionaly, that same night i camped for him for 2 hours midnight, i was too tired and i logged out at the nesingwary camp.

That night i had a good sleep and dreamd about loque xD i know im crazy, i woke up at 11:38 i logged in at wow right away my friends were online and they said come to a hc, i said oke i still were at sholozar i traveled to the oracles, after my hc i came bk there and i stood there talking to a friend, in all of a sudden i see in traid someone asking:

someone in search for loque nahak?

without thinking i replyed yes, me. he invited me and said hurry get over here, he was at the pilar of the gorilas i thought what the heck i didnt believe him actually at first but i thought its worth going to check. i got on my flying mount and went over there as fast as i could screaming in teamspeak to my friends that i might have found my spirit beast, i got there it was a dwarf hunter with loque beside him i thought wtf?

i landed and i saw in front of me in all his glory and beauty loque nahak, i litteraly began shaking my hearbeat went faster and i was screaming i didnt knew what to do, i first did called stable pet and i abondoned my crab, i put a freezing arrow fast and began taming beast and at that moment i didnt knew what to do or say i only was screaming and crying at teamspeak, in meanwhile i was spamming /thanks and whispering thank you to the dwarf hunter, and then he was mine a bit unhappy but i gave him soon food rightaway, i was so happy and it felt so unreal.

i offerd the guy 1k money but he didnt accept it, he said something that made me a bit proud to the hunter community and our loyalty to our pet and our class, he said i dont need it i rather see a hunter taming it than any other class killing it

I want to proceed that thought of it i was soo happy and sooo proud, i went immeadtly to dala to show off my pet to guildies and friends.

I hope my story wasnt too boring or stupid but i just wanted to tell it to some other peeps who understand the feeling and emotions rather than my guildie who is a druid, a warrior and pally who laughed at me and didnt understand why i input so many time for this pet.

I even made some screenshots but i dont know where they are saved and how i can get them here but i told my about me findig athena aka loque'nahak, ps i let that dwarf hunter decide what his name can be
