Btw…anyone who wants to bitch about the taming challenges “not doing anything to fix spec balance or bring us up as a class in overall DPS”……..STAY THE HELL OUT OF MY THREAD!!!!

I am looking forward to this as well, however, as Gar wrote about in his most recent post, i do hope that the taming challenges are varied, along with the skins. I also hope that they are not all BM pets. I don't find that fair at all.
Please please please give us new furry tanking pets? Please?

I would doubt they would all be BM only, but as Gar also said, pet challenges really are for Beast Masters, or at least fit in with that spec more so than the other two. I seriously doubt they will all be BM though, you could just switch to the better spec though and solve the problem
Go and get a fiery turtle! No better tanking pet than a turtle that you can cook your enemies on after killing them!

NPCScan finally popped Sambas for me last night, but I couldn’t find him. Probably some stupid Alliance Hunter’s pet or something. Bleh.
Oz, I've had stupid luck with rares. I usually play early in the morn or late eve and that's when I've nabbed all of em. Around 7-7:30 AM EST. The peener was around that time as well. Three of them on weekends which I found odd.
This morn I killed that lil shit Burgy Blackheart around 8 EST and yes I did try to tame him 1st so he counts. Not sure if the time matters but that's what I've found. Course I also sacrifice a chicken as well before I log in.
lawman30, you absolutely have got to try and get more enjoyment and out of this game. Get a lil psyched and excited man. Your negativity is kilin me…..

That there is the phasing “bug” that many, including myself, have experienced. The trick, I believe, is to dismount and check around — at least that's what worked for me. I experienced this in the Thundermar area.
