The title says it all. Does anyone know if you can still tame this bad boy in Cata? My dwarf hunter is specd BM, but already has all 4 SB and Nuramoc. As I will NEVER drop one of the SB (in order to maintain membership in the SB4 club =P) I would have to drop Nuramoc to get him. I'd rather NOT drop a rarespawn pet to get one that I can simply go get (if I'm patient enough to crack as many statues as it takes) if its still going to be around for Cata. Any input here is GREATLY appreciated.

Yes, at this time, it is still available in the beta, subject to change.
Arcturis is fairly readily available to tame, however, if you do not wish to risk upcoming changes. I made the mistake of dismissing Nuramoc one day, only to find that I'd abandoned him, and FREAKED. Have not found it since.
I'm hemming and hawing over going out to tame a ghost saber. I have it on my alt hunter, and I love her.

I think I'm gonna have to roll the dice then and hope the Ghost Saber survives. I'm just not comfortable with losing a rarespawn. Your story about losing Nuramoc will give me bad dreams fo sho. GL in tracking that bad boy down.

Just FYI as far as the “cracking as many statues as it takes” goes. I have gone to tame the Ghost Saber countless times on multiple hunters and always end up abandoning it in favor of a more useful pet, but these last few times it popped on the very first statue.
I have 3 hunters I went and tested it with and I can say with all certainty it is not the hunt it used to be. I got it on the first try each and every time. It isn't 100% spawn rate though. I killed the first one to see if it would pop on the second and ended up opening another 3 before it popped again. Still nothing compared to the 16+ it took to open 3 yrs ago.

That links to “Endangered Uniques” that many feared were going to vanish upon Cataclysm's release. All skins are accounted for in the Beta so far though.

Eh, I'm going to wait. My partner would roll his eyes every time Nuramoc would start roaring, going “that thing is so loud.” I'd be like “but she's pwetty…. look how she glides…. i LURVE HER” and he'd be all '…but… she's LOUD'
Certainly has made pvp a more subtle experience, running without her.
