If you’re after Karkin, Skarr, or Skitterflame, there’s a convenient way to get to Fireplume Peak fast.

Just make sure you’ve done the Into the Fire dailies that day. Flames are cleared and druids can grab you if you fall off the floating rocks. So from Malfurion’s Breach, just run through the now fire-free path to the Peak, fall off the edge, and you get a free “flight” to Fireplume Peak!
