Hey guys
As of any hunter which loves his class and love the variety of pet i am obsessed by spirit beasts, but not all of them just in particular. 1 and i think we all love him the most Loque Nahak the beast of Sholozar Basin. I am kinda camping for him for a month now (not non stop ) just I go now and then and watch his spawn points. I know his spawnpoints from your website and i got some add-ons such as npc scan to alert me and things like that but my main problem is offc 1) that i havent found him never, only beside another hunter and 2) after maybe max 1 hour of just flying around i get bored and thats not the problem last time i fell a sleep :O and i wasnt even tired. so i wanted tips on how to keep searching for him now i know i have a dillema cause my professions are jewelcrafting and leatherworking so no farming prof anyone have tips on me for this beauty and how to succesfully get him?

Without crafting proffs it could definitely feel like a waste of time I would imagine.
My advice would be to knock out dailes for the Oracles or Wolvar while you're there.
Maybe hunt for King Krush and Aotona as well. Some think the spawn times may be coordinated or the rares tied in some way. If they are, the rhyme or reason is unknown to me, I just think it's fun to hunt down rares.
Those are a couple of ideas that could help to break things up a bit.
Lastly, you could always give up the camp and just do a patrol or two when you're in the mood. That works too.
Spirit Beasts never seem to appear when you want them to. It's been my experience that they typically just surprise you when you're not expecting them.

One other think is it true that when there is a maintenance ( i hope i spelled that correctly ) whch is on eu se rvers each wednesday that everything gets resseted and all respawn? i heard from some unknown source somewhere that after a maintenaince evertyhing resets and everything spawn and he told me that he got his one by just logging out in sholozar basin before the maintenance when he logged in he saw him after 1 round. but dunno need more to confrim this to me.
but yh its true its definetly boring, although last week i heard some guildies talking about mining in sholozar and 1 said yh farm here and here and wait for loque to come to uber hunter pet, and then i aasked him he was warrior and he said that he saw him 7 times (omfg? he is warrior he see him 7 times i hunter not 1) but then i asked how he said he has spend 1000 hours mning there, so i am trying to get him to help me camping for him if he is farming there.
but plz can someone confirm the info about the maintenance?

There may be some info in there that could help. I seem to remember hearing that maintenance restes the timer, but it doesn't necessarily mean that all the rares will all be out in the world at once. I believe they pop after the mob's normal respawn timer. I can't verify this, but that's the word on the street.

lol yh offcourse i readed that article (or is it read?? sorry my english grammas aint the best :S ) but yh i readed all your articles on the spirit beast twice 
and using all your tips and advice in them too.
so it is somehow true, yh i also noticed that but what you mean by the fact that they pop after mob's normal respawn timer??
cause if there is a chance that they get reseted right away after a maintenance, i will definetly camp for him then one a wednesday when a maintenance happens.
now lately i just go and do dailys and somethings farm for some meat and do a few rounds just what you said normally i would go and farm for leather but since i dropped skinning i cant do that.

hi m8 the bast time to got spit best ia 11 and 1 in the night m8 as have got 2 spit best at that time now in lest than one week m8 and jast lost king krach to night to at thays time m8 hope thisv helps m8

The most important thing I've found (and I know it's been mentioned before) is to make sure you're doing something else while you're camping. I was mining while looking for some any of the pets I was camping for – adamantite & fel iron while searching for Nuramoc and saronite and titanium (when I'm lucky) when finding Loq. Not only does it break things up, it puts a little money in your pocket as you do it.

Indeed. Gathering professions make the epic camps a lot easier. I obtained loads of leather while I was out searching for Loque. At least if you're able to farm mats, it seems like more of a worthwhile use of your time.

definetly true and i feel stupid now that i dropped skinning for jc but i ust have to make boring routes for search for my lovely spirit beast, if i will ever meet him ;(

JC's a good profession, so don't feel bad about dropping skinning in favor of it. It's just not doing you any favors right now is all. 
You can always break for an occasional Oracle daily. That will make things more interesting and put a little extra gold in your pocket.

True, i now feel that i only get to sholozar when i want to do my jc daily which is the dragon bone or my fishing daily there i dont do the dailys much cause its not really gold making and im exalted with them anyway. i still see that alot of people see there spirit beast midnight, i think i will have to get a day off at work and drink alot of coffee and energy drink and camp for a whole night see if that will pay off??
