I stumbled upon him the other night while out questing with my rogue in the Badlands. He's now 10 levels higher than he was before (level 47), and he's plum tuckered out. You can find him snoozing just outside the Dragon's Mouth flight point.
It's good to see him back in the game. 
He's so sleepy that he won't even attack you unless you poke at him. I guess he's tired from all of the hunters chasing after him back in the old days. He's now enjoying his retirement — finally.
