Hey guys. I want to run a bunch of old heroics and am curious as to what pet will stay alive the longest and keep groups of mobs off of me most efficiently. I just ran Utgarde Keep normal and that was extremely easy being 82 and everything. I want to go into Utgarde Pinnacle heroic though and make some shots at the Blue Proto-Drake there. Any suggestions on what could tear things up without being torn up? Thanks!

Well I'd try a turtle, that's what I usually use for a tanking pet, they stay alive rather well. If you were a bit higher I'd sugest one of the shale spiders maybe too, those seem to be efficient as a tanking type pet too. Most people prefer either bears or turtles, but I've found from personal experience that turtles work better.
