Anthriss Subdued, but at a cost-Hunter Pet Discussion-Hunter Forums-HuntsmansLodge.com

SO, saw Anthriss again this morning, not super hard to find if he’s up. I saw him yesterday but noticed a Dwarf Hunter attempting to tame him before I got there. Even though he died a couple times, I left it alone and he got his tame. I gave him a /cheer.

Today I died twice before bothering to look up the secret to the tame. Along comes a Night Elf Hunter and promptly starts to tame him while I was waiting to rez. HELL no. Now I know there’s no written rule to prevent him from doing this, but I had been polite in my time, this guy was pissing me off, so when I rezzed I started attemping to tame him too. THe Nelf died and I died, so I guess now it was a race >.<

Irritating, but I finally rezzed just before he died on an attempt (he wasn’t standing in the lava, had a Druid healing him) and pulled it off just right, got the tame. Can’t post a pic cause I can’t figure out how to make the image small enough, lol. 

However, after the tame, a fellow Belf Hunter starts /whispering that I stole her tame. I felt bad for a moment, but I hadn’t seen the person there in the 15 minutes I’d been trying, and didn’t see her when I was actually doing the tame, so in the end, meh. I apologized for not seeing her, but really, c’mon.
