I found this little tidbit on the Wowhead 4.2 update page: http://ptr.wowhead.com/spell=101261
Sooo…..it appears that Deth will have a molten shell.
I think turtle is out as we have a flaming turtle already.
I think spider is out as I doubt a spider would have a molten shell.
Molten scorpid, maybe?

I'm pretty sure Deth'tilac is going to be an arachnid.
This is based on the fact that the other two 'tilacs in the game — Rekk'tilac and Beth'tilac — are both spiders.
I think Deth'tilac is going to be an eight-legged molten monster.

It's going to be a Gar'tilak, a new and rare 8-legged arachnid with a firey hard shell, that can withstand years of hits from unknown hunters all over Azeroth. it will cast an eerie shadow in the form of a wulf, which new hunters will be SURE that it is a bug, but the seasoned hunters will know better.

Yea it sounds spidery, a flaming beetle would be cool to me, I like the new beetles found in Uldum, if one was flaming as well…man that would be cool, but all signs point to spider it seems.
