So…. I am so confused now. I have tamed some of the new pets since the patch. I have some pretty awesome BM pets. I tamed Chromaggus, Loque, Gondria, new fox, Gezarrak the Huntress and more. But now I am confused as to which would do the most damage in raids? I used to use either a wolf or my spirit beast cats. Now I am not sure anymore. Any suggestions or anyone use one they like best?

I always bring KíngKrush and I'm happy with the results. I don't have figures to support this but I guess it also depends on the buffs and other pets in the group. One other factor is visibility. You can't miss a green devilsaur among the special fx and chaos in a raid attack.

It really just boils down to what sort of buff you need. I typically keep a Spirit Beast, Core Hound and Devilsaur at the ready.
They're all equally great – – it just depends on which buff is needed most. All pet specials have been normalized, so the only differences are the family and the buffs they provide.
Spirit Beasts & cats are nice for the agility buff, but if there's a DK in your group, then you may want to choose something else.
Wolves and Devilsaurs are great for the crit bonus, but if there's a Feral druid in your group, then …
Core Hounds have the awesome Ancient Hysteria buff, but if there's a shaman present, then …
There's really no “top” pet anymore. As long as you're using a properly talented ferocity pet, you can pretty much bring whatever – – bringing the pet that fills a buff void.
