within' the gears i have now better off to mm or sv? i usually use mm as it is easier to manage, normally do great dps and dmg as well just really wnats some suggestion what spec will be a raise up the dmg a bit more,(still waiting for my chances to gem armp

In my opinion, you're at a point where it's all about preference. If you're liking MM, then I would probably run with that. From this point on, MM will probably provide more DPS for you than SV as you begin to amass more armor pen.
You're at about the exact same point I am in terms of gear. I'm staying SV mainly for the replenishment, but it's really a matter of preference at this point.
A couple things to consider…
With your MM build, I suggest pulling a point from IHM and making it 2/2 Rapid Recup. Also, swap out the Glyph of Hunter's Mark for either Chimera Shot (what I would do) or Kill Shot.
Your SV build looks spot on, apart from the Hunter's Mark glyph. I'd definitely go Kill Shot in that slot instead.
Otherwise, your gear and spec look fantastic.
Once you get DBW along with 2-3 more pieces with armor pen on them, I'd suggest looking at armor pen gemming at that time. The goal is to have your passive armor pen from gear well in the 
0s before you start going all in. Until then, agility will be the ticket.

thx for suggestions, getting armp gears is just a pain, hope i can get there soon, since im gemming agi, think i might stay at sv spec try to manage it well, lots of people said to me sv would be a better choice if i can manage it well

That's what I would do. Swap out your IHM glyph as I noted, and go with SV for now. Your gear is perfect for it and your spec is dead on.

thx for suggestion, im mm speced now,fully agi gemmed,damn good dps(im a happy with it)decent not the best tho,since like no where of gemming armp, i want to go a bit haste,is that a good thing?if it is the t10.5 is what im thinking of,

Haste is last on the list of stats to acquire for hunters. It sits in a distant last place behind agility, attack power, crit and armor pen.
MM is already well-hasted with 5/5 IAotM, so there's really no need to go after more of it. Furthermore, haste usually shares a budget with armor pen, which is 100x better for hunters, especially for MM.
