The MM build that is most prevalent is this one (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent…..qox00b:Ifi). Some MM hunter's put points in Improved Hunter's Mark and while I can understand the logic behind doing so I've found it's actually a bad place to put points for two reasons; 1) It's actually a bad return on investment for the amount of points you put into it to max it out, those points could be better spent elsewhere; 2) Other hunter's in the raid will overwrite your Improved Mark all to frequently which will negate any DPS advantage you could receive from it.

With this being said when you get into the neighborhood of 400 passive Armor Penetration rating, which you are at according to your Armory page, you can pretty much drop Arcane Shot from the shot priority and only use it during movement heavy fights.  This of course will then change the MM build you want to use to something resembling this (http://www.wowhead.com/?talent…..Aox00b:Ifi).  The one point in Efficiency is because you have to put that point somewhere and I avoid Imp HM like it has a vile infection.

Along with the build is the attendant Major Glyphs to maximize the builds potential.  Minor Glyphs are essentially worthless and you can put whatever you want to in those slots.
