in BM why would i want to use kill command instead of arcane?

MM have Chimera, SV have Explosive Shot and BM have Kill Command. It's basically the “signature shot” for BM spec. Even though its not an actual shot, its the top damage ability for BMs with Arcane Shot coming in second.
