Your MM spec looks good and your gear is fine for the most part. The only thing that really stood out as a problem gear-wise was your Battlemaster trinket. I noticed in your WoW-Heroes profile you were shown equipping Mark of Supremacy. Even though you're way over hit cap w/ it, it's still a DPS upgrade over the PvP haste trinket.

Also, Leggings of the Northern Lights are actually a little bit better than the T10 legs, so until you get 4/5 T10 (or preferably (2pcT9/2pcT10), I'd suggest wearing those instead.

Since I don't see any glaring problems with your spec or gear, I'm guessing that you're mainly having problems with mechanics.

A couple tips:

Being that you're MM, you're better off going for ilvl 245 T9 as opposed to more T10. This is due to the buff that set bonus gives to Serpent Sting. With MM's ability to refresh very high ticking stings, that set bonus is invaluable for Marks. The 2pc T9 bonus is far better than the 4pc T10 bonus for MM.

That said, be sure you're refreshing your Serpent Sting when all of your AP and +damage procs are going. You want to make sure that Chimera Shot is refreshing the highest ticking sting possible.

Drop Arcane from your rotation unless you're in a movement heavy fight. You have a decent amount of Armor Pen and you don't have the IAS talent, so Steady is a better option for you.

Macro Silencing Shot along with Kill Command into all of your shots. If you don't know how to do this, visit my macros page. httpp://huntsmanslodge.com/macros. Silencing Shot is basically free DPS, so it should be cast as soon as it's available.

Shoulders: Sons of Hodir enchant

Chest: 10 stats

Bracers: 50AP

Gloves: 20 agility (44AP would work for MM)

Legs: 75AP/22Crit leg kit

Boots: 16 agil (32 AP would be alright for MM) or Icewalker if you need the hit

2H weapon: Massacre
