Hey! I struggle very with my dps, and no matter what I try or do, my dps suck. Ive tried everything, and to be honest, I did more dps when I had worse gear then this. I am no gear expert, Im on my 1.5 year of wow, and this is my only main. My average dps is about 5 k. In hc's, its around 3-4. It used to be 7.
I have spent so much gold on gems and enchantment that Its not even funny anymore, no wonder a poor huntergirl gets frustrated.

My priority list is Killshot, Explotionshot, Black Arrow, Sepernt sting, Aimedmulti shot and steradyshot as a filler. I use my trinket and rapid fire as often as I can.
I am using Survival as my main speck, obviously. Another hunter in my guild, which have conciderably worse gear, also survival, do close to double the dps in Hc's then me, and in raid he is about 1-2k over me in bossfights.
On dummy I crit about 4.5k -4.9k'ish. But even in hc bossfights, I never get over 5k.
Anyone keen on helping me understand just *why* my dps suck?

Hi mate if you are having DPS problems if you have any tier 9 gear then I would suggest you change your spec to Marksman , with a shot rotation of
Serpent Sting, Rapid Fire, Chimera Shot, Aimed Shot, Multi Shot.
Also make sure to put in rotation Silencing Shot, and Kill Command ( when available ) and also Readiness to reset all your cooldowns.

Hi! Thanks, but I tried that. I simply dont have enought ArP, even with gems. When i specked MM, I lost even more 2k dps. It was horrible.

Lannael,
First of all, don't be overly concerned about your performance in heroics. It can be hard to get an accurate measure of DPS since everything dies so quickly. That said, if you do want to bump your DPS in heroics, make sure to keep that idea in mind when your DPS'ing. In other words, don't waste cooldowns and I'd even advise delaying a shot .5 to 1 sec if Kill Shot is about to pop. Heroics are all about Volley + Trap damage, along with maximizing Kill Shots.
Now… here are a few things that I noticed…
You only have one set bonus. That's a bit of a problem. Depending on the ilvl, if you have 2 pcs of T9 in your bank, you may want to dust them off and equip them. Having only one set bonus is a good self-nerf.
Your unbuffed crit is over 60%, which means you can safely drop Exposed Weakness to 1/3 and lose the Explosive Shot glyph. Put the talent point into Hunting Party and swap Glyph of Serpent Sting in place of Explosive Shot.
As for your wolf's spec… go for Wild Hunt instead of Charge.
Apart from those things, everything looks pretty good. You most likely just need to keep practicing your rotation and make sure you're executing properly.
