I have finally gotten to a point I have no idea where to go with gear and gems, etc. I would like to stay BM, but have also added dual spec. MM just in case. I would appreciate someone looking at my gear and seeing if I have the wrong items, enchants, gems etc.

I think I read somewhere that I'm over my hit rating score, and it is going to waste, but I have no clue where to go. I just reached lvl
and been doing alot of 5 man heroics, and it's getting old, and other than a ton of triumph emblems, and not quite enough frost emblems to go to the next level of gear, it's not dropping anything better for me anymore. I would like trying to do 10 and 25 man ICC, Mostly I was passed over I'm told, because of low GS, and lack of achievements, even though I was only 18 or so less than the Raid leader. I have no idea how to get my GS score up. I would prefer to stay in BM, but I have MM available to me if needed.
Please take a look and tell me what to drop, and what to add, and if my talent points are where they need to be.

I dont really know much about BM since I ran far away from it as soon as I hit . A few things I see just at a glance are missing enchants on helm and shoulders. The BIS chants for these items are the rep chants from Sons of Hodir and Ebon blade. Focus your frost badges towards the cloak, you def need that! And your gems need to be rethought. I know for MM I would say all Agility, not sure if BM is any different… so i'll leave it to the maters here to give you real advice

Switch out your meta gem for a Relentless Earthsiege Diamond.
All of your red sockets should contain 40AP gems, 20ap/10crit in the yellows, and 40ap in the blues, apart from one Nightmare Tear to meet your meta requirement. Don't gem for hit, mp5 or straight crit. Mp5 is pretty lackluster, you're way over hit-capped already, and your pet sees none of that crit bonus.
Put 32AP on your boots.
Apart from those things, your only other issue is the tanking ring you've got on. Not a huge deal, as most of the stats are pretty useful, but expertise does nothing for us.
I'd go with 5/5 Improved Aspect of the Hawk, 3/5 Endurance Training, and 2/2 Focused Fire, for your first two BM talent tiers. Other than that, your build looks pretty sound. You could drop Improved Arcane Shot and Aimed Shot; putting those points into Improved Tracking, but that's up to you. These little changes I'm suggesting would make your build pretty solid for PvE, yet still viable in BGs.
My last suggestion would be to swap in Glyph of Serpent Sting in place of Hunter's Mark. This adds a little mana efficiency and makes for a smoother rotation.
