My gear, talent tree, glyphs, rotation, etc. matches other SV hunters in my guild almost exactly. Yet my DPS is stuck at 21k in DS raids and they are a full 10k + higher every time. I will not blame them if they kick me off the raid team. I would kick myself off. But before I quit raiding altogether to avoid the embarrassment I feel every time out, I thought I’d give you guys a try first.
Is it possible that my fight knowledge or mechanics are so pathetic that I am simply 10k worth of suck?
I don’t know how to link my toon, but will gladly do so when I find out how?

You can just tell us your character’s name and what server your on, which will allow us to look you up on the armory. It’s sounds like maybe your missing something in your “rotation” or not timing something right. I haven’t touched SV spec since Burning Crusade, so I’m by far no expert on it, but I am willing to try to find your problem.

Gear and spec look great. Only thing out of place is the PvP shoulders, but that wouldn’t effect your dps as much as you say. You must be missing something in your rotation. What type of rotation are you using? Also what pet do you have out during raids?

I am using a wolf so I can get Furious Howl. My rotation is: Hunter’s Mark, Serpent Sting, Explosive Shot, Black Arrow, Cobra Shot (spam cobra until Lock and Load). Then during L n L is do one of two approaches: Exp, Cobra, Exp, Cobra (or Arcane if my focus is about to max), Exp, Cobra. But sometimes I do Expl, (fraction of a sec hesitation), Expl, Expl. Then follow up with Cobra shots.
I have Furious Howl and Rabid on manual and fire them together using a macro when ever they are ready.
Same with Rapid Fire and Call of the Wild. on macro and fire when available.

With Rapid Fire and Call of the Wild macro, I have added Potion of the Tol’Vir. By firing this early in rotation I was able to briefly crank my DPS up to 29-30K on a dummy.

From everything I’ve read on SV’s “rotation”, you look to have it down. Again, I’m no expert on SV, just going off of what I read and hear.
Something that comes to mind, is it certain fights that your dps is that low on? I know as MM on movement heavy fights, my dps dips a bit.

Other than the PvP shoulders which were already mentioned, the only thing I’d change would be the enchants on your cloak and gloves. While that’s not going to be a +10k dps increase, it’s really the only thing that stands out to me as off about your gear, gems and enchants
EDIT: The enchant you have on your gloves shows up as a weapon enchant. Mastery/Haste enchant is best right now I believe for gloves and I believe you can get crit strike for cloak
