Crit for all spells and abilities will do double damage, which is the basic formula. In some special cases, Crit damage may be higher, but everyone by default x2.0.
It also implies that Sa’s spells and Stalker cream will cause double damage. The Stalker ointment will be subject to melee chance to hit.
