Hello guys,
First of all I am glad I found you! 
I have followed your guides and stuff but I still need some help. My DPS kind of sucks right now and I need some advice on rotation..

I am not sure of the stats priority either, a lot of sites suggest many different stuff so I am lost -.-“

As for stats, I thing you can use…
Hit to cap (6%), Spell Penetration to 200, Agility, Crit, Mastery, Haste…. and as much RESILIENCE as you can get.
PVP Gear has resilience. While building your PVP set you can (IMO) Gem for resilience, but once you’ve got all Viscious gear, just gem for Agility.

I know, I know… I need to organize things a bit and make the various guides more accessible. It's on the list, but thanks for bugging me about it.
