Hey folks, I moved to Mexico about a year ago and have suffered from horrible latency issues and frame rate on my current set up. Its been challenging, like having weights on my bat that I can never take off and there are times when I wont even que due to latency hovering around 1000 + : (.
As a result I become more dependent on macros because I often have trouble with timing cool downs 'by hand'. With this in mind I am hoping some of you veterans can assist me with some macros that can tie Kill command, Fervor or Focus Fire together with cobra shot or arcane shot. I realize this is not ideal – but I feel it may be my best option to getting the most out of these buffs. If you have any advice for me I'd really appreciate any assistance with this situation.

About the only thing I can help you with is Focus Fire. Everything else is on the GCD, so you can't combine those abilities.
Read this post, noting the macro I talk about towards the end.

Thanks Garwulf. That should help. I am also using the BM “Burst” macro that sync the pets and BWthat I got from here. Already its helping me stay around 10k in reg dungeons.

Have you tried Leatrix Latency Fix (sorry lazy to link but it's on WoW Interface) – it helps though 1k is a bit .. I feel for you – when my brother turns on his torrents I'm so argh. Might help a wee bit.
