Hey guys I was looking at the posting from : https://huntsmanslodge.com/543…..master.htm
that was linked to raid as a BM hunter and I am kinna confused, so here is my question..what gems should i do as BM Armor Pen or Attack Power?..I've been using Rawr which that is a program by created by Elites Jerks and its been telling me to Gem as Armor pen, I ask people in game and they tell me that BM hunters only do Attack Power when lvling and when they get T-gear to do Armor Pen. So really how should i gem?

You're at a gear level where I think it could go either way. You could probably get a bit higher DPS with gemming armor pen, but only if you're able to manage your movement well.
Attack power is the safer bet, because it will apply to your instant cast shots, as well as your pet's damage. However… if you are able to be economical with your movement, and maximize your autos and steadies, then ArPen will be a tiny bit better.
You're gemmed armor pen atm, so I'd just stick with it regardless.

Armor Pen on a BM? That's a new one on me. Course I don't play BM, so I'm a bit “missing out” on the specifics of the spec. All I know is that a fellow guildy is an 
BM and he has all attack power gems.

Yeah…there most be more than 2 ways to spec a BM hunter..I think i'll give Armor Pen a try and if not ill do Attack power

The bulk of a Beast Master's damage comes from hasted auto-shots, so yea… armor pen is great for Beast Masters. It's just that you need to stack a decent amount of it before it becomes advantageous to start gemming for it.
