hey guys, i've just last night changed from BM to MM for raiding and i was wondering, is it better to stack agility or attack power enchants for a MM hunter? i figure this place would be a good spot to ask rather than other forums that turn around and say 'respec SV and stack agi' or would a balanced mix of both be more worthwhile?

as you can see i previously stacked attack power because the pet's damage scales with the hunter's ap, but now i'm a little unsure of which way to go, i've so far found no useful help from any forums, most say 'if you were SV then agi' but thats not really answering my question. if i go with agi as much as i can, that will also scale with blessing of kings, where as attack power will not, which might be another added bonus in a raid scenario.
also is it worth leveling up one of the blighthound wolves from zul drak for the attack power bonus? i have had a ghost sabre since level 20-ish and i have to say i'm a little attached to him 
i mostly raid and as one of my friends has pointed out, my ghost sabre doesnt really bring anything to the table to help me out, where as there is a potential advantage to the wolf.
i mostly raid with the very rare adventure into pvp, so my question is in regards to raiding if it makes a difference.
5mins after i re-spec'd i was invited to 10 man naxx.. i hadn't had a chance to re-do enchants, glyphs or even practice a shot rotation, overall though i ended up with a fairly steady 3600dps on most bosses which i was pretty happy with. i can't compare to my BM build as it was actually my first time in naxx! luckily i was with some pretty awesome people, i was on top of damage all night and we cleared the lot in just on 3hrs

i've been poking around the sandbox on warcrafter, and there isnt much of a difference.. if i leave my head & shoulder enchants as is, and my yellow +hit and +crit gems as is, changing the rest of my gems and enchants to agi i get 3347 ranged attack power and 29.39. if i change everything to attack power i get 3526 ranged attack power and 27.41 crit.
currently i am i am 3344 ranged attack power and 28.21 crit, so i think thats a pretty good balance, clearly agi is marginally better compared to my current arrangement of gems and enchants, but its probably not worth all the gold that will be spent getting there, especially as i raid more, i'll get better gear anyway.

From the looks of it, you've pretty much answered your own questions. Yes, agility is better than AP, but you can certainly wait to regem when you get upgrades without giving up too much in the meantime.
The wolf would bring slightly more DPS, but again, if you really like your cat then just use it.
If you really want to max out your DPS potential, then gemming for agility and using a wolf would be the way to go. Otherwise, continue with your current gameplan and you'll still be fine in the DPS department.
One suggestion though… you're so close to the hit cap that I would suggest dropping the point in Focused Aim and putting it in Survival Instincts. Throw a Glinting Monarch Topaz in your boots and you'll be at 269. Right now you're using an entire talent point for .04% hit.
Disregard that suggestion if you're armory isn't showing your typical raiding set.
