If I could get a little help with my build it would be great. I am working on the gear almost there . I just duel spec. today and havent messed with mm yet. Check me out http://www.wowarmory.com/chara…..quickndead. I plan on raids and some pvp. Help please……

Which spec do you plan on using for PvP and which one for raiding? Both of your specs look like PvE builds at the moment.
Let me know which spec you plan on using for what, and I'll try to offer some suggestions.
Also, remember to stay away from strength, spell power and expertise. The ring has some decent stats apart from the expertise, so if you have nothing better I understand. However, I suggest you swap out your trinket and cloak right away with items that are better itemized for a hunter.

Ok I have been bm for quite some time and thought about going mm for pvp but from what I have read bm is just fine for pvp. As time progresses I have upgraded gear and got some new chants so take another look and see what ya think. If bm is workable for pvp I am up for either spec.

BM is a “fun” spec for PvP and one that works out well for my arena comps (mainly my 2s team), but in most cases it's not as good of an option as either MM or SV.
For raiding, it's still going to fall behind both MM and SV even after patch 3.3. Until pets start inheriting crit, haste, and/or armor penetration from the Hunter, BM is going to have the least potential of the three.
That said, if BM is what you enjoy and you're not trying to min/max, then by all means use it.

I haven't done extensive testing with BM since the BW nerf, but the build I linked for you would be one that I would certainly try. The one point in Focused Aim, along with Precision on your gloves, will get you just over the hit cap.
Your priority will look like: Kill Shot – Arcane Shot – Multi Shot – Serpent Sting – Steady Shot
If you're having mana issues, then just drop Multi from your rotation and go: Kill-Arcane-Serpent-Steady

Best bet is to experiment with those suggested builds, tweak them if you see fit, and go with what you're most comfortable with.
If you're set on BM/MM, then I'd recommend BM for PvP and MM for raiding.
