Well, I'm level 78 and as of next week I'll have enough money to get dualspec for my PVP spec (I sorta need the PVE to grind dungeons at the moment). I'm wanting a spec that won't be terrible in any arena bracket/ team size and I'm trying to develop one (probably pretty hopelessly). On the bright side with this Call to Arms I should be by tomorrow evening.
Here's what I have so far:
My 2's partner will just be me and my bud who's a Retribution Paladin. I'd prefferably like a spec that mixed 2v2 and 3v3 player well, maybe I'm misunderstanding but my goal at the moment is to sort of get a bag of stuns going between silencing shot, the spec'd chimera and scattershot. This probably looks terrible to you, hence why I'm going for some advice. For 2's my friend has pretty decent burst and with me completely shutting down the annoying CC/ Heals I don't think it would be such a terrible idea to spec like this?
The option of a Beastcleave spec isn't completely out of the question but I really do enjoy the use of my stuns and I'm worried that if I do in fact choose a spec like that I'll lose that advantage primarily. I haven't really gone into 3s on any character so I'm unsure of the capabilities of an Enhance Shaman (never played one) or my own for that matter to nuke someone if I have others stunned and kited. Unfortunately the only other hunters I know seem to PVE more than PVP, let alone arenas.

I'm sorry you're post got neglected Ackbar. I try to see to it that all topics are replied to, but once in awhile some slip through the cracks. :-
I had a look at your proposed build… it's not bad, but you're missing some key talents – Barrage ad Improved Barrage. These talents are very imprortant because of the buff to Aimed Shot. Aimed is on a shorter 8 second cooldown (due to the glyph) for PvP, so you definitely want to have it hitting harder and critting more. Furthermore, you'll be firing it as often as possible.
You don't need to worry about L'n'L for MM PvP, nor is the Improved Concussive Shot all that useful.
Here's the build I'd go with (glyphs included as well): http://www.wowhead.com/talent#.....f0ubob:0fk
Since you'll be pairing with a Ret and likely using a Cunning Pet (spider, serpent or ravager), mana shouldn't be a huge issue between RoR and Replenishment. However, if you do find you're going oom, just drop IAS and put those points into Efficiency.
Your biggest challenge in 2s will be avoiding CC. This combo could work quite well if you and your partner are on the ball and have good communication. It's basically all about setting up CC and maintaining pressure on your focus-fire target.
I tried it for a few weeks, but ended up going back to Beast Mastery mainly for the CC immunity and survivability. 2s can be rough without a dedicated healer.
If this post helps, then great… if I was too late, then I apologize and hope that you're on your way to 2250 by now.
