Finally. After months of grinding, I’ve gotten a shiny new title and achivement
Next up is Battlemaster though for now I’ll just pvp simply for the fun of it. Getting Overly Defensive and Resilient Victory will be a P.I.T.A. (yes guys. P.I.T.A. stand for Pain In The Ass.)

Grats ShroudViper. I’ve been casually trying for Battlemaster myself.
Resilient Victory is the only one left on my list that isn’t one of the ‘matter of time’ achievements, so yea… I think this one requires an organized and conscious effort. I’ve been exalted with AB for awhile, and I still don’t have it so best of luck. 
Good luck with Battlemaster as well. To me, it’s one of the most prestigious achievements in the game. It basically says, “I am an experienced PvP’er”.

I'd like to get this achievement.
I got the Frostwolf part of it many moons ago, but have really struggled with the other two despite hammering out numerous bg's over the years. Any pointers on how to raise the rep? e.g. is there anything specific I should be doing in the bg's that will gain extra rep.

As far as I know, there is no way to gain extra rep in battlegrounds. You just have to grind it out. WSG was especially painful for me, as Alliance dominates WSG where I'm at.

Ah right; I wasn't sure if, say, in WSG being the person to actually cap the flag gets extra points.

You get extra honor based on your contributions, but not additional rep. Rep gains are the same across the board.
