So I'm finally capped at 4,000. Strolled to the HP Quartermaster and after looking through all of the pages did a o.O
No clue what to get first! Recommendations?

If you don’t have it already, http://www.wowhead.com/item=64794 is pretty much a must.
Otherwise start with the chest and work from there. You can acquire some Vicious PvP gear from Baradin Hold raid.

I've yet to make it into BH 
Working on it – had a chance the other night but Blizz decided to barf on our server and all instances were locked out.

Abby, my advice would be to get the expensive stuff first. As Tak advised, Chest first, save the balance, so some more, then legs. As 2200 each they are the hardest to pay for.
With my Shammy, what I did was…
Look at all the 346 gear (and even rings?) I have replaced with epics (no I didn't sell them) that I could put Resience gems into. I use them with their new yellow gems as my pvp set.
I started replacing trinkets, relics, rings etc. Then I'm replacing my armor based on biggest resilience boost.
Working so far…
