I recently respec'd from Survival to MM, then I noticed the Debuff on my CS, even if I had a Hunter's mark on another target.  Am I just unobservant, like when did this start?  I love it for the BG's, Drop a mark on a pesky rouge and then CS someone else for the added damage on debuff.  So sweeet.

um I srewed up above its Chimera shot, not cobra shot
