Hunters usually aren't in danger of reaching or exceeding the crit cap. 😉
how can you rach that ? i now in pretty much fill icc gear with my lowest ilvl 251 or something and my crit is unbuffed 67% ??
and with 104 % youl will rape i believe? 😀
I honestly don't think it matters if you reach that. My crit is at 58 or 60% depending on what I recall and what the armoy shows. either way though, at my current level of crit, I feel like I crit either every other shot or almost every shot. so I think I have more than enough... 
yeah me too i got unbuffed 67% crit if i go into a raid with my guild and get all the necesary buffs kings might pack all those nice things its n ear to 70% or higher and if i shoot well my screen gets fill with big numbers but im wondering that if it is even possible to get 104,8% crit and how hard you will rape then ? 😛
It's pretty much near-impossible (impossible..?) to achieve. Fully raid buffed, I am sitting at about a 78% chance to crit. This is in pretty good gear, and with a survival spec. Were I using BiS pieces, I imagine I could get close to 90% crit when fully buffed. Even then I would still not be crit capped - only my Kill Shots would come close to being crit capped (3/3 Sniper Training), which wouldn't be a bad thing.
The moral of the story, is that the crit cap is unreachable via proper gearing and itemization. No hunters should really be flirting with it unless they are doing something wrong, like stacking crit.
It's just really not something to worry about.
