Looking for advice on where to find more information on raid leadership, specifically 25 man teams. Composition, forums, etc. I'm aware of Tankspot.com, just looking for additional advice, forums, etc. Thanks a ton in advance!
I have just found that knowing my group is the best. I was thrown into the RL position and kinda just flew by the seat of my pants if you'd say. So I haven't really looked into how to be a good raid lead too much. When it comes to starts I look everywhere, google what you need and go down the list.
Stratfu.com and Wowwiki.com these two are usually great reads on it, then Tankspot as you said for videos. Other then that I actually turn to alot of the guild on the server. Friends in other guild who have killed the particular boss. Once I take all that information into consideration, I play on my raids strengths and weaknesses.
I have found that having a strong officer/assistant team behind you makes things easier. I never have to worry about my healers, cause Astreas will have those assignment out.
For a basic raid set up I got with this. 3 tank 6 heals 5-6 melee 10-11 range. Work well for TM, hope this might help you or is what you were sorta looking for!
