I'm sure you have all seen that patch 4.3.2 is now live. Here's what it has for Hunters:
- Aspect of the Hawk now grants roughly 35% more attack power.
- Deterrence now also reduces damage taken by 30% while active.
- Black Arrow now ticks every 2 seconds for 20 seconds, as opposed to every 3 seconds for 15 seconds. The total damage dealt by the ability is unchanged.
- Lock and Load no longer benefits Arcane Shot, nor is it consumed by Arcane Shot.

I have yet to raid post-patch, but I currently play survival and will offer my thoughts:
First, I'm thrilled about these changes. Being able to once-again use Black Arrow instead of Explosive Trap for single-target fights feels wonderful. Using a trap meant for AoE just did not feel right, even though it did yield the highest DPS.
Second, I'm so glad about the Attack Power buff! Hunters are the only ranged class without access to Dragonwrath, which really hinders us against the top-performing ranged DPS in raids. Well done, Blizz.
Third, Arcane Shot being taken off of LNL is great...I would VERY often waste a charge by accidentally hitting it.
And last, I'll throw in my numbers. Before the patch, with no buffs and a ferocity pet, I did about 23k DPS on the dummy; after the patch, under the same circumstances, I do about 27.5k.

Yeah, I'm very happy with the results...I can finally pull chart-topping numbers in raids again
The reason I had a greater increase than a model would suggest is because of my...tendency to fat-finger arcane shot. I'm definitely looking forward to Ultraxion and hoping I can convince the rogues to tricks me!
