I use the Logitech G330 headset, though I'm thinking I want to go wireless on that; the cord drives me nuts.
I have the Razer Lachesis mouse, a gift from a friend, and love it. The Naga had too many buttons for me but the Lachesis is just right. I then bought the Razer Lycosa keyboard, mostly for the cool (matching!) blue backlit keys, but they're also more low-profile and just plain more comfortable than the stupid Logitech wireless desktop I used to have. I also realized I didn't truly need to be wireless on those items and was getting tired of replacing batteries!
I'm also considering one of those fancy ceramic, optical mouse-pads, but I'll research them first. It seems a bit superfluous, but if they work well the investment may be worthwhile. I tend to wear out mouse-pads. Maybe I'm too heavy handed o.O
Dunno if you'll consider it an accessory, but dual-monitors is fantastic for looking up strats, pets, achieves, etc. without missing any of the action due to alt-tabbing! Highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't gone that route yet.

Standard mac keyboard which I will be replacing with a microsoft natural keyboard this weekend, I miss the option of number lock for automatic running. Logitech G13 gameboard, standard wireless mouse, Logitech H55 microphone/headset.
I'd like to go to a wireless headset but so far those I have heard in vent with one break up alot and sound distorted. That and I don't want a full over the ear headset.

I'm a Plain Jane as far as my peripherals are concerned. I have Logitech mouse & keyboard, but nothing fancy. I have dual monitors so I can stay up-to-date on the Lodge, and in game too! I live alone so I don't bother with headphones either. When I'm in "stealth" mode, I use the little dial on my speakers that has the funny button labeled "v o l u m e'.

...I don't suppose a warm, mellow Merlot and Lal Meri counts?

I use an Emotiv EPOC neural link computer interface, as that is the only possible way to bind all of my hunter's keys.
Eh, maybe sometime soon.
I use a razer naga, some razer headset, and a logitech g15 keyboard.
A keyboard that can do macros is pretty cool. You can make a macro for trap launcher freezing trap, because ingame macros fail at it.

My current setup
Logitech G19 for raiding/lvling
Logitech G13 for Arenas
Logitech G500 mouse
"Under construction" Audio-Tech ATH700s getting rewired/depurpled for headset/DAC/Astro mixamp58 to replace above.
I do have to say the best investment I have made yet is my Obutto gaming cockpit. I have the 3x monitor setup which is great for arenas and raiding (res is 5760x1200) because of the vast amount of enviroment you get to see as well as spread out your UI.
To top that off its SUPER comfy for long raiding/driving sessions.
