I heard all servers have been pushed another 3 hours. I'm not even going to try and log in until tomorrow night.

This is how it happens:
You buy the Oracles' egg every week when visiting to do the dailies. On the Nth hatch, you get the Green Protodrake. Yay!!!! You have a Protodrake at last!
Two days later, you're questing in the north western Storm Peaks to finish off Loremaster, and your NPCScan goes off, scaring you half to death, as is its wont. What's this then?
Why, it's the Time Lost Proto-Drake of course! And no-one else around to take any notice. "Oh well," you think, "I might as well have this one too..."
My NPC scan does not make a noise? Do I have the right thing? Am I more hopelessly lost than originally thought? I have mount envy.

There is an option for mute which is checked when you start using npcscan. You have to uncheck it for it to make sound.
