Target and Cast Bar Placement

Hi All,

Firstly, fantastic, clean UI.. installed this morning and already loving it; thanks for sharing your compilation Gar!

Now to my issue... while configuring a few things, I am having a problem locating where the controls for the target and cast bars. I'm using a 2560x1440(widescreen) reso and need to move them over just slightly, but have not been very successful. I've been through just about all of the settings but cannot locate this one.

Can anyone enlighten me on what im sure is right in front of my face?
