Pet for 80-85 leveling?

I'm going to be liking running with Sinatra, myself.  🙂  Oops, my black raptor with the blue blue eyes.  /swoon.

I think it's not really going to matter too much.  My only concern is going to be the massive attention paid to pet leveling, that's all.

Depends on your spec too. If you're a BadMofo, spirit beasts are the bees knees for leveling/questing, and truly just in general...in fact disregard everyone's statements that follow and just spec BM and get a spirit beast...you'll thank me 🙂

I was thinking spirit beasts are looking like a good option, plus I'm emotionally attached to my arcturis and skoll due to the general trauma involved in obtaining them!

I plan on leveling with a pet call bar that has all 4 Spirit Beasts so that I can level them each as I go.  Or at least keep one at max level with me and level the others as I'm able.  Once I ding 85 it will be a grind fest in the dungeons as I level my stable.

Tell me again why our pets don't simply match our level once we tame them like a warlock's are once they're summoned?

And it weeds out the weak.

I'm running with Loquenahak. IMHO, he's got the best unique skin, running animation, and combat growl. He was also the first pet that officially triggered my pet taming obsession. Spirit Beasts also scream BM and I'm proud of that.

I will probably stick with Snitpooter (Red wolf), Chet (purple tiger) or Beuford (bat).    As much as I love the idea of having the spirit beasts and I enjoy running around with Romeo (corehound) I just can't get into the BM spec, it makes me crazy.

I will be running with Saleen.   No matter what she has been my first .. and will be for everything.   She was there when we Saved outlands from Illiden-  took down yogg- Algolan-   She missed LK though,  and my tanks in guild don't let me forget!   So I will be running with Saleen (nightsaber runt from azulmist isle)    With a back up of Artemis (my spirit bear).

Now that he has a viable special ability, my hyena, Spaz will be spending the most time with me. I will probably also level my wolf, fox, raptor and turtle.

I'll be running with Tiberius (King Krush). I might decide to quest with Nemesis (my brown plague bear) sense he was there for me from 58 to 80. I think I am going to use my yellow carron bird witch I havent named yet for Marksman doungeon groups. Oh and I'm sure I'll throw in Hellfire (my red corehound) in there somewhere because he is just awsome.

For levelling, I'll be sticking with my 2 bears, Icepick and Grizelda. I've now got two of the corehounds, Red (Doubleshot) and Green (Doubletap) and have given up on the white one until I can fly in Kalimdor. Why it's so hard to get to Azuremyst isle I don't know, when Alliance can wander into Ratchet whenever they feel adventurous.

I'll be lookin to tame the spirit bear (Arcturis?) as my next taming quest. I love the bears for solo play.
