After buying my nth Mysterious Egg at the Basin last night, I decided to swing by Jotunheim to tame a Sentry Worg. Sentry Worgs are special because they are color changers -- every time you call them out, they'd appear in the color brown, black, white, or grey. That's all the available worg colors!
So if you love the worg model but can't decide which color to get, then check out the Sentry Worg. (Utgarde Keep and Storm Peaks also have worgs but they only randomly change into two colors).
I had one of these as my wolf, and loved it. Then I found myself dismissing and recalling him in order to get specific colors. It was funny as hell when i realized that i was doing this. Talk about a vanity pet!

Of course we do! Just please tell me you didn't do it to match your gear... (which is what I did, much to the delight of the other more awesome hunters in my guild!)
Haha, that cracks me up. I can totally imagine you two doing that, throw me in there too, because i do the same thing with my color changing beetle. Not to accessorize with my gear, but just to get the color i like best at the time!
Totally! I have this set: Pink Mageweave Shirt, Mazzranache, and the Mulgore Hatchling that I wear during Wintergrasp! Oh wait, we're talking about the worgs...
Anj-Thanks for the info about Sentry Worgs color change. Yet another thing I didn't know. Went out and grabbed one last night. Too bad they don't do patchwork as that's my gear look for 2011.
YW Agio. I think it's cool of Blizzard to do these color-changer pets. The other color changer I might get is the Baradin Fox (at Tol Barad). It changes into two possible colors.
