If i find and tame the "rare"'s that are supposed to turn into the brain bugs come cata... will they change in my stable... come cata? any ideas? lol
hmm.. I'm gonna have to look into this one, as to I have no idea what you mean by Brain bug =D
Currently if you copy a character to the Beta servers that has one of the rare silithids that's being converted to the Buru model from AQ20 yes, it will change models in your stable. I've no idea if this is how it will work when Cata is actually released on the live servers, but all indications say it will.
Off-topic: Gar… when I open this page it tries to automatically run some suspiciously-named file using Quicktime (I'm on Mac) which reports that it can't play the file without downloading additional software.
You might want to remove the offending post… if it's a post doing it?
Thanks Felinin. It was probably the embed code Rhyku pasted in for the silithid video. I think the forum software may ave done some crazy auto-edit to it.
I've fixed it.
The brain bug is found in Thousand Needles in an underwater cave near the divesite. A guildie and I both tamed him and he is AWESOME. He gives me a 2k health buff, and has some wicked raid buffs too. He is butt ugly but the day I got him I was walking through SW and had loads of people whispering questions to me. Was going to name him Einstein but that was taken. I"m not sure how to insert a pic or I would but these guys are definitely worth a swim.
