I just tamed Arcturis at 10:33pm on August 16, 2010 server time on Argent Dawn. He is spawning every 15 or so hours atm. My timing is based on my guild leader who had tamed him just before me! Swore I'd never camp a Spirit Beast, however after the first 3 came by luck he proved to be the one that was gonna make it hard, lol. Good Luck!
