Hi everyone, I am so glad there is a place to learn.
I have only been on WOW a couple months and working my first toon.
So here I am to learn and improve my hunter, which after being is Athari Basin a couple dozen times I have found and been told I suck the big one and not to come back. (I am nothing if not tenacious) But I don't want to be a liability to other players as I clearly am.
One of my questions is should I just level by questing or somthing else.
Level 40 Beast Master, Pet Buzzard named Buzz.

It's always helpful if you include your armory link so we can see if you do need improvement on your gear and spec. If you don't know how or where to find your armory, just add your character name and what realm/server your on. Make some changes to your spec(s). In Beastmaster drop the points from Pathfinding and put them somewhere else. The talent isn't to useful in PvP or even in PvE. If you PvP in Marksmanship, drop the point in Resistance is Futile and put it somewhere else. As MM does not use Kill Command, its not a very useful talent.
Do some questing and/or instance runs and replace the low level gear you have. Also replace any gear that has strength, spirit or intellect on it, none of those stats help a Hunter.
Fill in your missing glyphs and get some enchants on your gear once you upgrades.
