Grats on your improved gear and beastly DPS. 🙂
With all of the changes going on week in and week out, I would just sit tight for a bit. Don't bother buying any new emblem pcs, regemming or switching specs. If you manage to win some loot rolls, well... that's different.
As Indo had mentioned, don't bother with the Logsplitters - - you definitely want the 4pc T10 bonus, and the Leggings of the Northern Lights are currently the best offset pc available. The rest of your desired upgrades would be awesome snags, however.
I would do just as you'd suggested... save your current emblems for Justice Points. All of your gear is going to get replaced in a few months anyway, so you're better off giving yourself a head-start once Cataclysm is live.
The best thing to do right now is to prepare for the future by farming gold, as well as banking honor and justice points. Unless you have an over abundance of emblems saved, I'd just hang onto them. If you do have some emblems burning a hole in your pocket, then get the T10 helm.
