Snail Pace

Since the patch, everytime I've logged on my latency is non-existent and I'm just crawling along...uber frustrating. I've removed some of the addons that are bunko now like SatBuffs and QuestHelper, plus my Auctioneer was all funky so I disabled that too, I guess my question is, is it the UI? Should I go back to the old one for a while until everything gets adjusted to the patch, or does that even have an effefct on the fps?

It's probably just a mass of people all trying to play, but I've never had issues like this before. Any suggestions/ideas?
