I have been checking my favorite forum lately and havent seen any new posts in like 2 days. OMG! 😛 So, I decided to make a post.
I'm sure we have all seen the new hubbub about the face-plates found in the new patch material of a male and female goblin and a male and female worgen. What do you guys think about this?
I read about how many are speculating goblin will be horde due to the horde's lack of a "small character" and how worgen might be linked to a region in Alli territory of a lost human race who turns out to be worgen (OOOH!! spooky). And still other hope that blizzard will run the Fable-esque line of allow neutral faction characters so you can be good or bad. What do ya'll think will happen, should happen, hope will happen?
Finally I ask, what other races would be fun to have in game? I guess wow will go to level 100 and then kaput, but who knows. But my friends and I talk and wonder about what would be fun races, classes, and professions to add in the game. (The professions one can get quite hilarious at times) But, give me your thoughts. I think its a fun discussion so there ya go. 😀

I sure hope Goblins get added as a playable race. I'm all over it if so – Alliance or Horde, it doesn't matter. I've always wanted to play a Goblin ever since I first discovered Booty Bay.
The neautral race(s) idea sounds great. My knowledge of the WoW lore isn't exactly all that, but if it seemed practical to introduce these two races as neautral I think that would be an interesting dynamic. Maybe at level 20 or so, characters could choose their alliance and prove their devotion so to speak by grinding out a quest chain. Or, it could just be a matter of traveling to Ogrimmar or SW and bowing down to Thrall or Wrynn.
Another interesting thoguht to ponder… if Goblins and Worgen were added, what classes would be available to them?

Goblin: DK, Mage, Priest, Rogue, Warlock Warrior
Worgen: DK, Hunter, Mage, Priest, Warrior
