You don't have to adhere to it exactly, but Spirit Bond is essential, and I would strongly recommend Intimidation and Thrill of the Hunt. The other talents can be based on your preference.
For soloing, the main things will be your pet and glyph choices. For most content, a Ferocity specced SB will do. For most fights, Spirit mend will provide enough additional healing to keep your pet safe. For tougher bosses you should go with a Tenacity specced Turtle. Not sure what content you're planning, but I've soloed all of TBC and most of WotlK with a SB. There were a couple of fights that required a turtle, but Illidan is the only one that comes to mind atm.
Make sure you use those glyphs that are listed in that build: Animal Bond, Mending and Misdirection.
