4.0.6 brings us the following re-skinned pets — making them unique! Happy hunting! (Note: If you already have them in your stables, grats, they are already re-skinned (for good or bad)).
Olm the Wise – 52 Felwood (spectral owl)
Zaricotl – 48 Badlands (white vulture)
The Evalcharr – 19 Azhara (green chimaera)
The Razza - 40 Feralas (white armored chimaera)
Old Cliff Jumper – 30 The Hinterlands (grey worg)
Deathmaw – 51 Burning Steppes (dark brown worg) – Worg Pup companion pet has also been reskinned to this color!
And now the new rares with unique skins:
Pogeyan - 28 Northern Stranglethorn (hunched brown cat)
Rex Ashil - 56 Silithus (black wasp)
Silithid Harvester - 24 Southern Barrens (green beetle)
Lastly, the rares but no longer unique-skinned:
Uhk'loc & Tsul'Kalu (white gorilla)
Oozeworm & Grubthor (yellow worm)

Just got him a few hours ago 🙂 This time, this wasp spawns near the entrance, not deep inside. Tempted to name him "RickAstley"

Oh definitely the best resource hands-down. There's a new Collector page at Petopia too... but I don't agree with the white gorillas and yellow worms included in there: since two share the same skin, wouldn't that negate uniqueness? 🙂
As for Pierce Armor, I believe it's Instant (no cooldown).
That's pretty awesome, will be good against those pesky warriors I'm assuming. Also that page reminds me I need to go tame Ashtail..

It should be easy to get Ashtail now. I always see him now whenever I fly by his spawn spot. Good luck!
Pogeyan – found west of Tkashi Ruins
Rex Ashil – spawned just after a server restart (not related, might just be his actual spawn time :)), spawned near the entrance
Silithid Harvester – quite difficult; wasn't there when I checked but found him when I relogged early today
I've also seen Barnabus twice but haven't seen Zaricotl.
Last night I checked for Madexx (no luck).
Flew up to Silithus to look for Rex (no luck).
Flew up to Ferelas to look for Raz and O M G ! there is a solitary red dot on my beast tracking map! HE WAS THERE AND HE IS MINE!!! And what does one name a devestatingly handsome bluish pet? That's right, baby.....BlueSteel!
I LOVE being a hunter and getting to tame pets! Have I said that before? =P

I just tamed Rex and was pumped after seeing some of the folks in this thread talking about the Pierce Armor ability. My Rex only came with Sting (a 2 second immobilization). Is the Pierce Armor an ability for another pet family?
Pierce Armor is one of the In the Wild things abilities that are around, as pet's they don't actually get it.
Oh that royally sucks. Ah well, more cooler rocking a SB in BGs anyway 😛
I Tamed Olm yesterday at about 12:00 AM CST on ELUNE at the lower spawn point. (approx 54 / 26). He's a bit less bright and blue as compared to the Petopia image of his skin but still a striking pet. Sadly am not PVPing so much lately and so I would rather he be a Spirit beast for 5mans and raiding. The disarm skill is not so useful against bosses.
From other posts on WOWhead it seems his spawn timer is about 7 hours.
He's neutral - non agggro.
Got my Olm last night and DAMN! is he more impressive in person. Happy huntering days are upon me =)
