Anyways, whining aside, I need a new chest, and am toying around with either AK Blood Hunter's Tunic , the Longstrider's vest or *gasp* Shadowseeker's. Extra socket, much more agility, way more attack power, I don't have mana issues so Int is not really needed, etc. What do you all think? And yes, I do have the AK shoulders, so have the 4-set bonus until the pants drop again in January…
I'd go for the T10 chest. Ultimately, you're going to want 4/5 T10 with either LDW's drawers or the crafted ones (Draconic Bonesplinter Legguards).

Longstrider's is nice, but it's not as much of an upgrade over the ilvl 251 T10 chest, when compared with the upgrade that LotNL and DBL are over the T10 legs.
Go with the T10 chest… that's your best move.

Well it depends on what the expertise is for I suppose...if it's expertise in making a nice pasta...or juggling...or in Niika's case expertise in gaming one-handed, or maybe wine crafting...then I could see the expertise coming in handy.
