Picked this guy up the other night and I love him! Completely forgot about him until heading to ratchet while on my priest. Needed another cat like a whole in the head but what can I say, love my kitties. Now to name him!

Nice Abby! He's one of my fave's too, I love the black lion look, some might say it's very classy, he would be appropriate for huntering at those black tie affairs we all go to...!

I think Humar was the first named rare I tried to camp early on. I stayed there for 30 minutes tops and gave up. lol. Ah yes, the early days.

I really like this cat skin too. My favourite of the non-exotic cats is the lynx (from e.g. Ghostlands), but this black cat comes a close second. Although all my young hunters tame Humar as soon as they can, my main got him at 80 by taming Pitch in Shollazar Basin.
Pitch is held at bay by three of the Frenzyheart Wolvar tribe; if you are at least neutral with them you can just tame him under their noses, otherwise you have to kill the three guards first.
The only other occurrence of this skin in the game appears to be Hobbes, the pet of a Horde NPC called Matt at The Sepulchre.
Isn't it silly of me that I released Pitch, in order to tame Humar? Â Talk about the Old School Hunter coming out in me...
