I made mention of this in the forums a few months back, but in case you missed it...
In the event any of you are planning on playing Diablo 3, you may want to give my other site a look.
Those of you that wish to keep tabs on my adventures in Sanctuary can do so at that link.
I've been waiting for D3 for years and years, and am extremely excited about it. Will I be leaving WoW in favor of D3? Probably not, as I love huntering too much. However, I only have so much time, so it's likely I'll be pouring a lot of effort into the other site about the time D3 is released.
Right now it's more or less a general info hub, but I'm probably going to steer it towards a barbarian specific site once the game is released.
Things have been real quiet over there the past few years, so be sure to leave a comment if you do decide to stop on by.
Hey nice site, I too played Diablo then D2 and D2 LoD for many years, I used to run a large guild on D2 called Eternal Warriors. I still have an account and maybe once a month I log on to my summoner necro and run around with my 20+ skeleton minions . I am so looking forward to D3 being released.
Ancientavenger.com now added to my favourites
I too will most likely be sharing my online time between WoW and D3 as both franchise are in my blood.

Thanks for checking out the site, and I'm glad that you like it.
Right now I'm mainly updating it with little news bits that I find interesting or important. Once I actually get to playing, then I'll probably steer it more towards the Barbarian class.
I had a zoo necro myself. I called him 'SkullPatrol'. I also had a Poison Necro, which was pretty fun, but DoTs just weren't effective enough in D2. Bone Necros, however… those were beastly. I had one around level 88 that was a blast to play.
My all-time favorite character was my Frenzy Barb. He was a monster. Unfortunately, when I started playing WoW I totally lost interest in Diablo 3 for awhile and eventually my characters disappeared into the ether. I wasn't too bummed, as I had pretty much decided that WoW was it for me, but I now wish that I still had those chars. It'd be fun to hop on now and again and do a few Baal or Tristram runs for old time's sake.
I actually started back at it about a year or so ago, but starting fresh was more than I could bear – especially after knowing just how much gear 'I used to have'.
I'm going to wait for Diablo 3 to get my fix, and I too am very much looking forward to this game. So much so that I'm thinking of upgrading my computer this year instead of next – just so I can enjoy it in all its glory, on max settings.
